Eugene Thomas

Eugene Thomas founded House Crestmoor around a simple operating idea: complex ambitions become executable when capital, technology, partnerships, and governance are designed as one system.

His work focuses on enterprise architecture, strategic opportunity development, commercialization pathways, and building a durable institutional framework across the Crestmoor ecosystem.

A U.S. Navy veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman on operational deployments, he later worked as a Security Protective Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency. He brings a decade of hands-on experience in electrical systems, industrial mechanics and maintenance, HVAC and refrigeration, and carpentry. That background shapes a practical approach to fault diagnosis, serviceability and the physical demands of engineered systems.
